1. What Cookies Are and Why We Use Them

In compliance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) and the updated AEPD guidelines, Reskatu informs you that this B2B platform uses cookies and similar local storage technologies. Cookies are encrypted files downloaded to your device that fundamentally allow us to maintain the security of your corporate session (Zero Trust) and optimise network infrastructure.

2. Typology of Cookies at Reskatu

Our architecture is based on "Functional Minimalism". Therefore, we reduce the use of trackers to the absolute minimum. Cookies are classified as follows:

  • Technical or Strictly Necessary Cookies (Exempt from Consent): These are indispensable for the platform to function. They include load balancing cookies for our servers (Vercel), protection against attacks (WAF), and the "HttpOnly" and "Secure" cookies that keep your biometric session (Passkeys) active and safe from Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. They cannot be disabled.
  • Analytical Cookies (Subject to Consent): We employ aggregated measurement tools to understand the performance of our infrastructure and the use of strategic modules, allowing us to optimise the code and improve the B2B user experience.

3. Symmetry of Consent and Continuous Revocation

At Reskatu, we guarantee your right to "Continuous Revocation". Withdrawing your consent is as quick and easy as granting it. You can modify or withdraw your consent for the use of non-technical cookies at any time via the Privacy Preferences Panel, permanently accessible in the footer of our website or from your logged-in client environment (Dashboard).

4. Browser Management

As an additional layer of control, you can configure your corporate browser to accept or reject all cookies by default, or to receive an on-screen warning upon receipt of each cookie. Please note that if you choose to block technical cookies, access to the private areas of the Reskatu platform (Dashboard and Consultancy) will be disabled for cryptographic security reasons.
