Access to and use of the Reskatu platform confers the status of User, who accepts, from said access, these terms and conditions of use. Reskatu is a B2B ("Business-to-Business") infrastructure and strategic consultancy platform. The use of the portal for illegal purposes, purposes harmful to intellectual property, or purposes that may cause damage to the technological infrastructure operated by Reskatu is strictly prohibited.
Reskatu is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: source code, software architecture, "Hard UI" design system, logo, texts, and artificial intelligence agents). Any reproduction, distribution, or public communication, in whole or in part, requires express authorisation.
Reskatu is not liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may occur, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in content, lack of portal availability during scheduled maintenance, or the transmission of malicious programmes generated by third-party attacks (DDoS or Phishing), despite having adopted all world-class technological measures ("Defence in Depth") to prevent it.
The relationship between Reskatu and the Client shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and European Union electronic commerce guidelines. Any controversy or dispute arising from the use of this platform or B2B contracts concluded under this brand shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Málaga (Spain), with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
