These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use and acquisition of technological infrastructure, automation, and strategic consultancy services offered by Reskatu. Our services are directed exclusively at professionals, freelancers, and companies ("Business-to-Business" environment). Contracting our services implies the full, express, and unreserved acceptance of this document.
Reskatu operates under a "Zero Trust" architecture. The corporate Client is solely and exclusively responsible for the custody, diligence, and confidentiality of their access credentials (Passkeys, local biometrics on devices, or Magic Links). Reskatu shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for unauthorised access, data exfiltration, or damages arising from the loss, theft, or negligence of the Client in protecting their corporate devices or FIDO2 security keys.
Recurring services (SaaS) and consultancy are invoiced through certified payment gateways (Stripe) that comply with PCI-DSS v4.0 regulations. Reskatu does not store credit card data in plain text. In the event of non-payment or suspicion of transaction fraud, Reskatu reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the infrastructure and hosted data until the account is regularised, without this generating any right to compensation for the Client.
Anticipating the European e-commerce regulations in force from June 2026, Reskatu incorporates a permanent "Right of Withdrawal button" on its platform. The Client may cancel their infrastructure subscription directly from their control panel (Dashboard) with a single click, frictionlessly and without the need to send cancellation emails. Cancellation will stop subsequent billing cycles, although no refund will apply to already executed cycles due to the immediate nature of cloud infrastructure deployment.
Reskatu guarantees an uptime structured according to the capabilities of our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Supabase). However, interruptions caused by force majeure, massive-scale cyber attacks, or previously notified maintenance windows are excluded from legal liability.
The interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain. The parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Málaga, Spain, for the resolution of any dispute related to the contracting and use of Reskatu's services.
